Focused upon her ambition to augment human immunity and longevity and to improve the human health span, Jodi was one of the first employees of Celularity, a clinical stage cell therapeutics company spun out of Celgene Corporation, which she helped to develop from its infancy. In her role as Chief Innovation Officer, she was integral in the success of numerous programs across discovery, development, commercialization, and acquisition in cancer immunotherapeutics, cell therapeutics and functional tissue regeneration.
During an 18-year tenure at Celgene, Ms. Gurney lead the Organ & Tissue Therapeutics Franchise and was responsible for both Clinical Research & Development and Medical Affairs for Celgene Cellular Therapeutics and LifebankUSA while also leading efforts to identify, develop and implement internal and external research, clinical and commercial collaborations for the entire Celgene Cellular Therapeutics portfolio. She led and managed the entire Medical Affairs Research Program for Celgene Corporation including the multi-disciplinary investigator-initiated trial program involving Oncology, Inflammation, Immunology, Cellular Therapies and Biomaterials as well as the Disease Registry and Phase IV Programs.
Jodi created and ran the Celgene Inflammation and Immunology Clinical Science Program which was instrumental in developing the blockbuster OTEZLA® while laying the groundwork for the stand-alone Celgene Inflammation and Immunology Franchise which was acquired by Amgen for $13.4 Billion. Ms. Gurney joined Celgene in 1998 as one of the first field employees and was involved in the successful launch of THALOMID® as well as creation of the transformational REVLIMID® brand.
Prior to joining Celgene and contributing to her +30 years of biotechnology / pharmaceutical industry experience, Ms. Gurney held positions in Medical Affairs for both Merck & Co./Ostex International and Parke-Davis. She received a M.S. in Biochemistry and B.S. in Biology from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.
Ms. Gurney has authored and contributed to dozens of publications covering her work in Immunology, Cellular Therapies and Technology as well as Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering and holds multiple patents in these fields.
Dr. Goldberg earned his medical degree from Yale University School of Medicine. He completed his dermatology residency and dermatologic surgical fellowship at New York University Medical Center. He has served as President as well as Chairman of both the Ethics and International Committees of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS).
Dr. Goldberg was the first ever recipient of the ASLMS Leon Goldman award named after the founder of laser medicine. He has served on the Board of Directors of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the International Society of Dermatologic Surgery and the American Society of Lasers in Medicine and Surgery. He is also Director or Co-director of the annual 5CC meeting in Spain, the Aesthetic Extender Symposium in Florida, and the New Frontiers in Cosmetic Medicine meeting in New Jersey.
Dr. Goldberg is on the editorial boards of the Lasers in Surgery and Medicine and Dermatologic Surgery. He is current Senior Chief-Editor of the Journal of Cosmetic and Laser Therapy. Finally, Dr. Goldberg is an attorney and an Adjunct Professor of Law where he has taught a course entitled “Advances in Health Care Law.”

She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Mohs Society, the Women’s Dermatologic Society, the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the University of Miami Dermatology Society.
Dr. Randy Miller is a board certified cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgeon practicing in Miami, Florida. As one of the nation’s leading innovators in aesthetic surgery of the face, hand, breast and body, and a pioneer of reconstructive surgery and stem cell procedures, Dr. Miller is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery.
After earning a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and a master’s degree in clinical immunology, Dr. Miller completed medical school at Jefferson Medical College where he graduated at the top of his class. He completed his training in general surgery and otolaryngology - head and neck surgery at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Miller performed his plastic surgery training at Baylor College of Medicine located within the Texas Medical Center in Houston, which is the largest medical center in the world.

Veronique Pinsky is a leader in the fragrance industry and have held senior positions at various global fashion and cosmetic brands. Ms. Pinsky is currently operating a specialty fragrance business and is a member Lifetime Brands board of directors (Nasdaq: LCUT), which is leading global designer, developer, and marketer of a broad range of branded consumer products.
She was President of Vera Wang Group from January 2016 through June 2018, after a year of consulting with the company and she oversaw all product categories and markets. Prior to joining Vera Wang, from 2006 to December 2014 Ms. Gabai-Pinsky was the Global President for Aramis and Designers Fragrances as well as Beauty Bank and Idea Bank at The Estée Lauder Companies, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer of such company.
During her tenure, Ms. Gabai-Pinsky developed and ensured the growth of several beauty and skin care brands, including Lab Series for Men. In the earlier years of her career, Ms. Gabai-Pinsky served as Vice President of Marketing and Communication for Guerlain, a division of LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton S.A., where she led the successful re-launch of Shalimar, the introduction of Aqua Allegoria, and contributed to the re-focus of the beauty category around its pillars, Terracotta, Meteorites and Issima, while redesigning all communication strategies and content.
She started her career at L’Oréal, and was also Vice President of Marketing for Giorgio Armani, where she was instrumental in the overall development of its fragrance business by developing the successful Acqua di Gio for men and introducing the Emporio Armani franchise. A graduate from ESSEC Business School in Paris, France, she has received several awards, including Marketer of the Year by Women’s Wear Daily in December 2013.
Dr. Kapp is a dynamic entrepreneur who has founded several healthcare related businesses, ranging from surgical centers and hospitals to electronic health record systems and medical real estate development He is passionate about introducing cutting-edge technology to enhance both the facilities and operations of healthcare organizations.

As a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, former USAF Flight Surgeon, and type-rated jet aircraft pilot, Dr. Kapp has a unique combination of medical expertise and aviation knowledge. Until 2005, he served as flight surgeon in the US Air Force Reserves with the rank of Major and served as managing partner and leader for Physicians Alliance Surgery Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, a multi-specialty outpatient surgical center. Dr Kapp served as its Founding President and Medical Director from 2000 – 2003 and on its Medical Board from 2000 − 2011. Dr. Kapp also served as a managing partner for Orthopedic Associates of SE Missouri for over 15 years.
Previously, Dr Kapp had a vision to establish regional referral centers for medically complex patients requiring hospital-based post-acute care and founded and led as its Chairman and CEO, Longevity Bioimaging/Landmark Hospitals, in Naples, FL. Under his leadership, Landmark Hospitals grew into seven regional referral centers and implemented new information technologies that allow clinicians to easily document patient encounters and then follow and manage the patient upon discharge from our critical care hospitals across all post-acute settings, allowing for better outcomes and a seamless continuum of care.
Dr. Kapp has always looked for ways to lower the cost of medicine without sacrificing the delivery of care. He was the founding advisory board member of Missouri Physicians Mutual. MPM was founded in the late 1990’s as a Missouri-based 383 company to provide affordable medical malpractice insurance to a troubled market. MPM was able to grow from 10 physicians at its inception to well over 2,000, becoming the largest insurer in the state for physician medical malpractice insurance.
